CARE: The artwork is food and dishwasher-safe (Unless noted). We recommend hand washing the pieces to prolong the life of the work. Glazed pieces will craze over time and may eventually take stains from food, coffee, or tea. This is a natural part of the life of your artwork and is safe to continue to use. The artwork is not designed for oven or stovetop use. Please avoid extreme temperature changes in the work (ie. Going from a cold fridge to being filled with boiling water). We recommend boiling water in an electric or stovetop kettle and then brewing your coffee or tea in the work. If you have any questions or concerns please use the contact link.

SHIPPING: Shipping is through United States Post Office (USPS). Minimum shipping insurance of $100. Shipping of artwork occurs two weeks after the sale goes live. Customers will receive an email with their tracking number once the packages have been shipped. In the event that your artwork is damaged in the shipping process, please contact us as soon as possible with an image of the damaged artwork in the box.

International orders will need additional processing time to pass through Customs.
